NEEDS ANALYSIS / BUDGET ASSESMENT
We commence the project process by going through a comprehensive Needs Analysis with the client. As part of this process the Technology Consultant will discuss the various technology sub disciplines and provide possible alternative methods of achieving desired outcomes, together with budgetary estimates based on these discussions.
DRAFT DESIGN
As soon as design acceptance has been received the Technology Consultant will initiate the production of a Draft Design. Once again there may be further discussions between the Technology Consultant and the client during this process to confirm finer details relating to various components of the design.
IMPLEMENTATION COMMENCEMENT
Upon receipt of final acceptance and sign off of the For Construction design documents, the Technology Consultant will convene an internal Project Handover meeting. A Project Manager is allocated and a Project Plan prepared. The Technology Consultant introduces the client to the Project Manager who will see the project through to completion.
SUPPORT
The end of the implementation phase is when the client starts to enjoy the many benefits that a well-designed technology integration solution provides. For extra peace of mind, it is good to know that Integral unreservedly stands behind every project we implement and we are always available to provide support as needed.
QUOTATION
In conjunction with our Project Team, the Technology Consultant will form a comprehensive Bill of Materials against which a quotation will be provided. This process may require further discussions between the Technology Consultant and the client to clarify specific issues that become apparent as the quote is being prepared.
FOR CONSTRUCTION DESIGN
Once the client has signed off on the Draft Design, the Designer will convert the drawings into a For Construction version and provide hard copies to the client.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Project Manager becomes the single point of contact for all technology related issues for the project and co-ordinates with all outside contractors that have any impact on the technology rollout. This is one of the key benefits in engaging Integral to manage the project, as we understand all the critical interfaces with other trades and ensure that all potential issues are dealt with promptly and with the minimum of fuss.
DESIGN ACCEPTANCE
On presentation of the quotation there may be a number of items that need to be revisited subsequent to discussions between the client and the Technology Consultant. This could result in a number of alternate quotes being presented prior to acceptance of the agreed solution.
FINAL ACCEPTANCE
If discussions with the client during the Design Process have necessitated any alterations to the project scope, an amended quotation will be issued by the Technology Consultant. This will then form the basis of the implementation stage of the project.
PROJECT HANDOVER & TRAINING
At the completion of the project the Project Manager will perform a formal handover to the client and provide training in the operation of the technology systems. The handover includes the provision of hard and soft copies of the As Built design documentation as well as copies of all user guides.
